Yes there is a George Soros factor in the ongoing war and confrontation over Abkhazia and South Ossetia, between Georgia (proxy for "the West") and Russia. George Soros was used as the conduit for the funding of the "Rose Revolution" and "Orange Revolution." The purpose is to run war and the breakup of Russia. The trigger was the recognition by the United States and the European Union, of the "independence" of Kosovo.
By the way, Soros' collaborator, and former vice-chairman of Soros' Quantum Fund and official in the Open Society organization, is none other than Lord Malloch Brown, the Secretary General of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
