The war drive continues with possible US forces deployed in Jordan against Syria and the Assad regime. So much for the cutesy wootsy activist bull crap. Also, check out the Boiling Frogs blog. The Obama regime (which should be impeached now, or Obama declared insane under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment) thinks that "democracy" is a threat to US security. And then they use "democracy" to support Al-Qaeda linked operatives in Syria. What a country!!! Have U.S. Special Forces Been Deployed to Jordan Against Syria?
Sibel Edmonds, an FBI whistle-blower and anti-war activist, has reported on her blog that U.S. forces have been deployed out of Iraq into Jordan near the Syrian border. She also appeared on Thursday on Russia Today TV to present her findings.
Edmonds reported that an Iraqi journalist based out of London has confirmed that U.S. forces that vacated the Ain al-Assad Air Base in Iraq last week did in fact leave the country as part of President Obama's draw-down of troops, but, rather than return home, the soldiers were transferred into Jordan during the late hours of Thursday evening. Another source, Edmonds reported, informs her that soldiers who speak languages other than Arabic have been moving through Jordan mere miles from the country's border with Syria. Troops believed to be NATO/American-affiliated have been spotted between the King Hussein Air Base in al-Mafraq and the Jordanian village of Albaej and its vicinity.
Nizar Nayouf, a correspondent for Edmonds Boiling Frog Post whistleblower site, says that an employee of the London-based offices of Royal Jordanian Airlines has further confirmed that at least one US aircraft transporting military personnel has brought American troops into Jordan in recent days.
In response to a question from EIR, a Pentagon spokesman formally denied that there have been any U.S. troop transfers from Iraq to Jordan. The carefully worded denial does leave open the possibility that personnel have been deployed under CIA auspices, as had been the case in the recent Libyan regime-change operations.
Note: this is in addition to the ongoing NATO- Iran war threats and games.
