Rebuild the USA before Things Get Worse

Real Crash- Looking at Capitalism and its Laws:
We really need a plan to rebuild the USA before things get rapidly worse. Joni Mitchell got it wrong, if we build NAWAPA plus a few parking lots that would be paradise, not her greenie fantasy. For example, let's take the states' situation: You got states that are bankrupt. Well, the Federal government can do something about that, after we've done the Glass-Steagall, and we've started with the fixed-exchange-rate system agreements. We can do something from a Federal standpoint, from the Congress. But we've got a lot of -- we've got to make sure, that we've got
enough going, to stabilize each of the states, and major communities!
So, we're going to have to have projects going, and we're going to have to have integration with the NAWAPA project (the water from Alaska project). In other words, you make to sure we're parceling out enough contracts, from the NAWAPA projects, and the transportation system we need for the NAWAPA project, the national transportation system, we've got to coordinate that, with the idea of making sure, we're getting the states and the cities in the states, back into shape. And it's a real mess right now.
We've got states that are disintegrating, and we've got
to get under the funding that we can do, with the credit system
we can utter, or the benefit of Glass-Steagall, we're going to
have to think about these projects, these supporting projects for
NAWAPA, in terms of trying to save the states. We want projects
that'll enable -- we don't want to have to just bail out the
states -- we may have to in some cases -- but we want to
essentially bail out the states, by means of, projects of work
and development which are relevant to increasing national net
output.
