Pictures from Bronx Museum, New York Pols
Real Crash- Looking at the Financial System and the War Drive:
A little nostalgia today with some fairly recent pix from New York City. In the first, Mussolini, or rather Mouse-olini comes back from the dead to campaign for NYC Mayor Bloomberg. Unfortunately, with about $100 million of his own money spent, Bloomberg manage to squeak past in the election, with the help of that Mouse guy's squeaking.
Next, is a rather out of focus picture of an environmentalist theme exhibit in the Bronx Museum. They are actually dreaming of turning the wide boulevard called the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, NY into a sort of combination farm and green energy pathway. Have a farm there, and windmills and solar panel. We don't need it, and anyway we have had a subway under the Grand Concourse, a major north-south route, for about 70-80 years anyway. Greenies are weird, don't you think?
