New York is where you want to be
Real Crash- Looking at the Financial System and the War Drive:
New York City and the surrounding area is still the place where a lot of people want to be. We in the real estate market can tell, because the prices are staying up here, unlike many other places. So you better get a good real estate broker to get in on the action. Prudential Douglas Elliman is New York's largest real estate company and a good place to start, so my friends have said. They carry real estate from New York City, all the way out to the Hamptons on Long Island.
With a great New York real estate broker and a whole lot of money, you can go far. I was looking at some Harlem Real Estate recently and some of the places were so incredible. There is the new complex on W 116th St, called the Kalahari, and it has a South African motif design and it really is gorgeous. If only my friend would have applied for the low income spots that were reserved. She was too late. There are other great sites in Harlem NY to choose from.
Now there is rehabilitated housing near Striver's Row, on West 140th Street, in Harlem that is available. Built in 1926, Strivers North is a community of 29 homes carefully designed and harmonized with the interest of today's homeowner. It's amazing how this old housing can be gutted and then totally reconstructed. So, check it out.
