Likewise the Fed Reserve's Bernancke can still buy up now, short term securities, for all his speculative friends.
Ironically, we are going to LaRouche's two-tier credit system, in one way or the other. The trick is to get the Fed and the US Treasury to acknowledge that we need credit in productive activity, not their slave-labor financial system of gambling and speculation. That is why we still need a bankruptcy reorganization for the big bankers. And the Russians, want to be part of it. The Chinese and the French, under Sarkozy, will follow along. So will the Italians. The British will sabotage it, but what else is new? It is up to us Americans to put the system in bankruptcy reorganization, freeze the mortgages, save the homeowners, and have two-tier cheap credit for infrastructure, railroads, maglev railroad system etc.
