The Federal Reserve can run out of money too. It seems incredible, yet that is what is being discussed. They still have to arrange the breakup, bankruptcy or mergers with Morgan Stanley and big Goldman Sachs.

If we had an orderly bankruptcy reorganization, then the US Treasury can issue new credit for production. Remember, infrastructure is worthless unless you bring back production. That is the genius of LaRouche's two-tier credit scheme. Cheap credit for needed industries and projects and the casino can hang at higher interest rates than that.
