Real Crash- Looking at Capitalism and its Laws:
Take the number 1 subway down to the Chelsea Brewery, Pier 59 at 18th st. on the West Side Highway. The tour is free and they are doing them all day. The Chelsea Brewery kicks off a new series of free tours this afternoon at Manhattan's only active brewery. Don't forget the 12,000 foot restaurant where you can eat and try out 20 flavors of beers and ales. Hey, it may be November, but the weather is perfect for an Octoberfest.
Tours are on the hour (sign up at the host desk, max 40 people per tour) and be sure to bring your ID for some free samples. Tour participants also receive $4 discount beer tickets so you can sip suds while discussing the wonders of yeast afterwards. 21

This is a large "microbrewery." I guess that means they are not competing with Pabst Blue Ribbon. The Chelsea Brewing Company's brewery is Manhattan's largest microbrewery. The brewery consists of a copper and brass 30 barrel brewhouse, six 60 barrel uni-tanks, four 30 barrel uni-tanks, two 60 barrel bright beer tanks and six 15 barrel servers which are located behind the bar in the restaurant. \that's stil a possible production of 2,000 bottles of beer an hour.
