These Swiftian schemes for green energy, green water generation are extremely wasteful, one after the other. Energy preference is determined by custom. In Bhopal India, 15,000 died in a chemical plant accident, yet we still process chemicals. Nuclear power is much safer.
By the way, I don't agree with Rush Limbaugh and Walter E. Williams (US Right-Wing Radio Hosts). I am not against Environmental thinking in order to get big bad Government off our back. We have to go back to developing our nation-state, our WELFARE state, in the sense of the General Welfare. Yes, that is not a leftist idea, that goes back to the first nation-states 500 years ago, like France of Louis XI and later Tudor England under Henry VII. This is the idea of using our GOVERNMENT to uplift the population, to help them work better, have more energy production, more health care, science, and the pursuit of happiness.
